Our Fees
Prices, payment and subscriptions
We offer a number of plans and packages with the choice to sign up for a monthly plan or an annual plan. We offer standardised subscription plans that you can sign up for on our website and we also offer bespoke, customised plans for larger enterprise businesses that require larger image volumes. For larger volumes we work on an annual, or bi-annual basis which requires a contract to be signed and payment terms agreed between both parties.
Subscription Costs & Overage Charges
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
When you sign up for a monthly subscription plan, your first payment is made at the time of registration or when upgrading. After that, your chosen plan will automatically renew and be billed on the same day each month. The payment process is handled through Stripe, ensuring secure and seamless transactions.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time by emailing hello@codechemistry.io with your account name and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line. To prevent the next payment from being processed, please notify us a minimum of 5 working days before your billing date to allow enough time for us to process your cancellation. Emails received after that cut off will incur the cost for the next month and be cancelled thereafter.
If you exceed your allotted number of images, overages will be charged at a set rate of £0.005 per image. These overage fees will be billed in arrears, meaning they will be added to your next month’s payment.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
When you sign up for an annual subscription plan, you’ll pay the full amount upfront for a 12-month subscription. This plan offers a 15% discount compared to our monthly plans and provides you with access to your chosen services for the entire year.
Annual subscriptions cannot be canceled during the 12-month term. If you decide not to renew, please notify us at least 30 days before your subscription ends by emailing hello@codechemistry.io with your account name and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line. If we don’t hear from you, your subscription will automatically renew for another year.
You can use your image credits at any time during the 12 months. If you exceed your allotted number of images, overages will be charged at a set rate per image of £0.005 (unless agreed otherwise). These overage fees will be billed monthly in arrears, after the overage occurs, using the credit card we have on file. Alternatively an invoice will be raised if you do not pay via card.

Enterprise Pricing Terms and Conditions
Our Enterprise Pricing is designed to offer flexibility and tailored solutions for brands with higher or more complex usage requirements. Pricing in this category is bespoke and determined following a consultation with your team, ensuring it aligns with your specific needs and objectives.
How Enterprise Pricing Works:
Tailored Pricing Proposal: After an initial call to understand your brand’s email volume, send frequency, and intended use cases, our team will provide a pricing proposal with three options based on projected usage:
High Usage
Medium Usage
Low Usage
Annual Contracts Only: All Enterprise pricing plans are offered on a 12-month contractual basis.
Image Usage: Any images purchased under your Enterprise plan can be used at any point during the 12-month contract period.
Support & Account Management:
Standard support and account management services are included in the contract cost unless otherwise specified.
Should your brand require advanced or enhanced account management services, this can be arranged at an additional cost of £850 per month for up to 4 hours of dedicated account management.
Payment Terms:
Enterprise contracts can be paid either:
In full, upfront at the start of the contract term, or
In monthly instalments, with payment due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Additional Notes:
Bespoke services or custom requirements outside of the standard contract scope may be subject to additional fees.
Enterprise pricing proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed.
